What are my online payment options?
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal even if you don’t have a PayPal account.
If you have a PayPal account, you can pay through PayPal.
How much is shipping?
We ship domestic orders for a flat rate fee of $10 USD and international orders, for free. We also have a $10 USD flat rate express priority shipping for UK, Australia, Russia, Canada, France, Russia, Germany, and Norway.
When will I get my order?
It usually takes 3-7 business days to process and ship orders. Domestic deliveries take 2-3 working days on average. International deliveries varies on the destination. US orders take 5-15 working days. Express Priority shipping to UK, Australia, Russia, Canada, France, Russia, Germany, and Norway can take up to 15-20 working days. Standard Shipping to the rest of the world (except the US) can take anywhere between 25-35 working days to be delivered.

Why is my order taking too long to ship?
As we are a very smol business with only 2 people working, there may be delays in shipping your order but we try to ship the orders as fast as possible and sometimes our workload means a bit of a wait but we are doing our best!
How can I track my order?
Easy! You'll receive a shipping confirmation in your email with the tracking number so you can track your purchase as it reaches your home. Just go to your shipping confirmation email and click on the tracking number below.
Are your items in the Vintage Section authentic?
Yes! The items are rare finds that are pre-loved and are nearly impossible to restock. There are likely signs of wear but they're mostly in a good condition unless otherwise stated.
Will my item get to me before ____?
We do not accept rush orders so please do not order if you you're not willing to wait.
What about possible custom fees?
We declare the packages at a lower value to save you from additional fees and longer trip to the Customs. But due to different policies in different countries, there might be customs tax that should be paid by buyer. You could also leave a note when placing the order about how much value you would like to declare.
Do you accept returns?
As of the moment, we do not accept returns unless the item you received is damaged. Although we do not tolerate deliberate damaging of the item, please email us at email@example.com prior to returning a damaged item.
My return is approved. How do I get my refund?
For credit card and PayPal transactions, refunds will be sent back through PayPal. Once we receive your returned package, please allow 3 to 5 working days to process your refund.
Oh no! My Shipping Status says, "Failed to Deliver." What does it mean?
There's no reason to panic. "Failed to Deliver" usually means our partner courier tried to deliver your package but could not complete the delivery due to any of the reasons below:
- Could not find your actual location
- Nobody was home to receive the package
- Location is out of the serviceable area
What if I'm not home all the time? Can I set the date and time of delivery to make sure I receive it?
Good question! If you're not around, you can ask someone else to receive the package for you.
If no one can receive it, your courier will call you to set a date that's convenient for you or leave a note on how to retrieve your package. Unfortunately, we can't set a specified time since it will depend on the courier's route.
Can I change my order/shipping address?
Once your package has been picked up, you can’t make changes to your order or your delivery address.
Why didn't I get any confirmation email?
If your order is successful, you should get an order confirmation in the email address you provided. If it’s not in your inbox, please check your spam mail in case it was misplaced there.

I received an error message while trying to place an order. What should I do?
Please check if you've received an order confirmation email from us. If not, please send us an email at email@example.com so we can check if your order pushed through.
I want to cancel my order, what should I do?
All orders are subject for verification and approval within 24 hours. In this time, a customer may cancel or change the order. Cancellations after this requires a restock fee of $5, the fee is taken off the money when refunded. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
